Description

Antique French large steamer travelling trunk made in the 1910s probably. Wooden construction with black painted canvas covering, bound with hard wood struts held by brass and steel brackets. Steel locks on the front (no keys, sorry..) and handles on the ends. Fabric lined interior. Fabulous brass label holder on top with Paris engraved in it. Condition is pretty good structurally; cosmetically it has a lot of scuffs, marks and scrapes as expected with its long working life, and the canvas is worn through in places, as well as the black paint (see pics). Dimensions: 101cm x 58cm x 73cm high
